If You Liked It Then You Should Have Put A Ring On It, Once

Gingrich: a point of measure in law that can be raised during cases of adultery when the nature of the supposed sexual act provides evidence towards the prosecution's case.

Ex.

"There would be no case, your honor, if it weren't for the nature of Mr. Dean's acts."

"And the prosecution can defend its supposition of a Gingrich?"

"Yes we can, your honor - Exhibit F6! (Plays video of defendant forcing a party clown to perform fellatio; the clown is clearly inebriated.) If the court would please recognize that this is Mr. Dean's third time in court for this very same assault offense, Mrs. Dean sees no other choice than to divorce her husband and sue for compensation of no less than thirteen million dollars."
