So a funny thing happened on the way to the office today - Obama got elected president of the United States of America. I actually wept when he gave his acceptance speech. Oh man is it going to be an interesting four and one-half years. It was awesome to listen to CSPAN afterward:
"I'm a democrat, but I voted for McCain. Obama is black and he has ties with the Muslim community. I mean - come on people!"
What the fuck does that mean? It's a bad time to be an idiot in America. Good.
I heard that Bush invited Obama to the White house, just to "get a feel for the job." Yeah right. Obama is under lock-down right now, and why would he want get a feel for the job? That's what his first one hundred days in office are for. Just because bush didn't know what the fuck he was doinf doesn't mean every other president won't.
