September 6, 2008

Had some good love. Had some good breakfast. Going to have some more good coffee. Jack and I are having a moment in the basement. Jack is a tabby. There is a picture of John Wayne and a portrait of Ronald Reagan hung opposite each other on the walls. They seem to be having an endless debate:
"You are the better American, Mr. President."
"No, you are, Duke."
"No, you are."
"No, you are."
"No, sir - you are."
"I'm what, now?"
"You, Mr. President are the better American."
"No, you are..."

- Later -

Now it is 8:40 in the evening. After some more love, we went to the Art Institute of Minneapolis. Pretty freaking great. One artist in particular, whose name escapes me at moment, was very modern and totally political. The featured exhibit was centered around the presidents of the United States:
"NixonNixonNixonNixonNixonNixon."
The majestic call of a Nixon during procreation in the wild.

Just so you know, I do read your posts and enjoy them. I hope that your girlfriend reads them too, because all your icky kissyface comments make me sort of uncomfortable.
